Melton Short is the Founder and President of Bible Made Simple Ministries. He has preached actively for more than 50 years. During this time, he has served as a Pastor, Bible Teacher, and Missionary to Mexico. He is the author of eight books. One or more of these books have been published in seven languages, and they are currently being translated into several other languages.

Hundreds of churches across denominational lines and more than 70 seminaries and Bible colleges have used one or more of his books.

Melton has a Doctor of Divinity degree from Logos Graduate School in Jacksonville, Florida.
